Questions
How they arrive, how often, and how much say you keep.
A short, plain-language nudge — stretch, take a break, come back after a long idle, close the laptop — offered at a point in your day where it is likely to be useful rather than annoying.
A small card with one line and two choices: take it, or snooze it. It does not take over your screen, block a tab or lecture you about the time.
That is what the timing is for. Jambu reads session and idle signals so a nudge tends to land at a natural break rather than in the middle of a sentence. If it still arrives at the wrong moment, one click sends it away.
Nothing escalates. There is no score to protect, no streak to break and no report you have to explain yourself to.
Yes. Choose a preference level — Gentle, Essentials or Silence — set quiet hours, snooze for 5, 10 or 20 minutes, or pause Jambu altogether.
No. A Care Moment is a reminder about taking a break, timed by your own patterns. It is not diagnosis, treatment or counselling.
